Politika kvaliteta

Privredna komora Crne Gore, njeno rukovodstvo i zaposleni, na temelju uspostavljenog sistema menadžmenta kvalitetom formulisanog međunarodnim standardima serije ISO 9000, angažovanjem raspoloživih potencijala, a slijedeći očekivanja i zahtjeve članica Komore, stalno će poboljšavati sopstvenu organizaciju u funkciji unapređenja poslovnog ambijenta u Crnoj Gori. Takvu obavezu potvrđuje javno razmatrana, preispitana i od zaposlenih prihvaćena
POLITIKA KVALITETA
- Kvalitet predstavlja način rada i kulturu ponašanja, znanje i sposobnost svakog zaposlenog, što se sistematski stiče i stalno poboljšava, a kojim se zadovoljavaju zahtjevi, potrebe i očekivanja članica Komore, partnera i drugih zainteresovanih strana. Posvećenost korisnicima je prioritet svih zaposlenih.
- Kvalitet je naše opredjeljenje koje donosi promjene u pristupu, navikama i svakodnevnom radu. Prilagođavanje stalnim promjenama uz praćenje inovacija i racionalno poslovanje je obaveza rukovodstva i zaposlenih u Komori.
- Unapređenje kvaliteta u skladu sa principima i zahtjevima sistema menadžmenta kvalitetom je zadatak i odgovornost svih zaposlenih i rukovodilaca na svim nivoima. Uspostavljanje radnog okruženja koje podržava i cijeni timski i lični rad je uslov za dobar odnos prema kvalitetu i prema korisnicima.
- Uspostavljanje sistema međusobno usklađenih i povezanih procesa i obavljanje poslovnih zadataka brzo i efikasno, u skladu sa zahtjevima korisnika, zakonskim propisima i standardima je zadatak svakog zaposlenog.
- Stvaranje klime saradnje i povjerenja, razvoj i održavanje obostrano korisnih odnosa sa članicama, partnerima i zainteresovanim stranama je naše stalno opredjeljenje i sadržaj poslovnih aktivnosti.
Ova politika i ciljevi koji iz nje proizilaze zajednički su za sve zaposlene u Privrednoj komori Crne Gore, preispituju se i sprovode u praksi uz stalno poboljšanje sistema menadžmenta kvalitetom, a prema zahtjevima standarda ISO 9001:2015.

QUALITY POLICY
- Quality represents a manner of work and behavior, knowledge and ability of each employee, systematically acquired and constantly improved, used for meeting needs, requirements and expectations of the Chamber members, partners and other interested parties. Dedication to beneficiaries is a preoccupation of all the employees.
- We have chosen quality as a commitment, which cause changes in the approach, practice and the everyday work. Adjustment to constant changes, along with implementation of technological innovations and rational operations, represent an obligation of the executives and employees of the Chamber.
- Quality enhancement, in accordance with the Quality Management System principles and requirements, is a task and responsibility of all employees and executives at all levels. Establishing the working environment, which supports and appreciates the team and personal engagement is a precondition for good relation towards both the quality and beneficiaries.
- Establishing a system of mutually harmonized and related processes as well as performing business activities in a fast and efficient manner and in accordance with the beneficiaries’ needs, legal regulations and standards is a task of each employee.
- Creating a climate of cooperation and confidence as well as development and fostering of mutually beneficial relations with the Chamber members, partners and interested parties is our permanent orientation and contents of our business activities.
This policy and the goals it implies are common for all the employees of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, while the Chamber will ensure their regular testing and practical implementation, with a constant improvement of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
