Certificate of Montenegrin preferential origin of goods – Form A

The Form A Certificate of Montenegrin preferential origin of goods is issued upon written request by a business entity, legal entity, or entrepreneur–exporter, which must state the intended purpose of the certificate and the name country to which the goods are being exported (final destination).

The Certificate on domestic (Montenegrin) Origin of Goods Form A (preferential certificate) by rule is generally issued by the authorized customs office, except in cases where international and ratified agreements stipulate that such certificates are to be issued by the competent customs authority (e.g., for the Russian Federation, Switzerland, Belarus), or when the preference-granting country, based on its own autonomous measures, requires issuance by the Montenegrin customs authority.
