Certificate of domestic non-preferential origin of goods – Certificate of origin
Certificate of the Montenegrin non-preferential origin of goods i.e. Certificate of Origin is issued upon written request by a business entity, other legal entity, or entrepreneur–exporter, and the request must clearly state the purpose for which the certificate will be used.
The Certificate of domestic non-preferential origin of goods (known as the white certificate) is used to confirm the Montenegrin origin of goods in accordance with the rules of origin. This certificate is issued by the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro for exports to all countries where goods originating from Montenegro do not receive preferential treatment.
