Timetables in Road Transport

Pursuant to Article 46, paragraph 8 of the Law on Road Transport (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, 71/17 and 67/19) and Article 34 of the Statutes of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro (“Official Gazette of Montenegro” 20/18, 81/18, 58/19, 11/20, and 13/20), the Managing Board of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, at its session held on December 17, 2020, with the consent of the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs, adopted the Rules on the Method, Procedure, Criteria, and Amount of Compensation for the Coordination of Timetables in Intercity and International Road Transport (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, 125/20).

Based on these Rules, the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro carries out the coordination of timetables in intercity and international road transport. Representatives of the Ministry of Capital Investments and the Chamber of Economy participate in the work of the timetable coordination commissions.
