Certificate of non-production of goods in Montenegro
This certificate is issued to business entities to enable exemption from customs duties for goods, which are not produced in Montenegro. The applicant for the certificate must submit a Statement explaining which goods are involved in order to exercise this right.
These certificates are typically issued for the needs of relevant ministries of the Government of Montenegro (most commonly: the Police Directorate, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Economy, Institute of Metrology, Hydrometeorological Institute, Central Bank of Montenegro, and others).
