Vice Presidents

The Vice Presidents of the Chamber are elected by the Assembly, upon the proposal of the President of the Chamber, from among distinguished businesspeople or experts in the field of economics.
The Vice Presidents coordinate, direct, and organize the work within the Chamber in accordance with the guidelines set by the President of the Chamber. A Vice President is accountable to the President of the Chamber and the Assembly.
A Vice President is elected for a term of four years and may be re-elected.
The Vice Presidents of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro are Pavle D. Radovanović, Dragan Kujović, and Nikola Vujović.
Pavle D. Radovanović

Pavle D. Radovanović was born in 1975 in Podgorica, where he completed “Slobodan Škerović” Gymnasium and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro.
He has held various positions in the past, including Advisor at the Secretariat for Legislation of the Government of Montenegro, Legal Expert for the European Agency for Reconstruction, and a member of the Government’s team for negotiating the CEFTA 2006 Free Trade Agreement and the Free Trade Agreement with Turkey.
He served as Head of Working Group 3 for preparing EU accession negotiations in the area of the Right of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services, and was a member of the National Commission for European Integration (until June 2019).
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Eurochambres.
He serves on the Supervisory Board of the Forum of the Chambers of Commerce of the Adriatic-Ionian Region and the Steering Committee of the project “Higher Education and Research for Innovation and Competitiveness – INVO”.
He is Vice President of the Forum of the Chambers of Commerce of the Adriatic-Ionian Region.
He is a member of the Presidency of the Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Lawyers of Montenegro.
He is a jury member for the “ISKRA” Philanthropy Awards.
He is Co-Chair of the Joint Consultative Committee between Montenegro and the European Economic and Social Committee.
From 2008 to 2018, he was an international football referee – FIFA.
He has completed training with prestigious domestic and international institutions.
He has been with the Chamber of Economy since 2005 and served as Secretary General from 2008 to 2020.

Dragan Kujović

Dragan Kujović was born on June 7, 1972, in Podgorica, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He enrolled at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Montenegro in 1993 and graduated in February 2000, specializing in Energy.
He began his career as an intern at the same faculty and later worked as an associate within the Center for Engines and Mobile Machines until July 2004. He is the co-author of several scientific papers in the field of air pollution.
From July 2004 to August 2006, he served as head of the “Pumping Stations” organizational unit at the Public Utility Company “Water Supply and Sewerage” Podgorica.
In August 2006, he was appointed Assistant Minister of Economy, and in 2013 he became Acting Director General of the Directorate for Industry and Entrepreneurship. From 2016, he served as State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy.
In late 2017, he was appointed Executive Director of the Montenegrin Electric Transmission System (CGES) AD. As of October 2021, he worked as an advisor to the Executive Director at the aluminum production and processing company Alind DOO Podgorica.

In Montenegro’s EU accession negotiations, he was the Head of the Working Group for Chapter 20 – Enterprise and Industrial Policy. He also led the working groups for drafting the Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Business Organizations.

Nikola Vujović

Nikola Vujović was born on July 24, 1990, in Cetinje, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He graduated from the Faculty of International Economics, Finance and Business at the University of Donja Gorica, completing his specialist studies in 2013. During his studies, he attended various courses, trainings, and seminars, including an English language school in Toronto.
He began his professional career in 2013 at the Montenegrin Electricity Market Operator (COTEE).
From July 2017 to August 2018, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Montenegrin Power Exchange (BELEN).
In October 2017, he was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy, where he was responsible for decision-making and policy development in the fields of investment, SME development, and management of EU funds, as well as energy, energy efficiency, mining, and geological research. During this time, he participated in numerous activities related to drafting strategies, laws, and by-laws, as well as in development projects in the energy sector that marked the beginning of Montenegro’s energy transition.
From October 2020 to June 2022, he served as Head of the Department for Renewable Energy Sources and High-Efficiency Cogeneration at COTEE.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Pljevlja Coal Mine (2018–2020) and the Electric Power Company of Montenegro (2020–2021).
From 2018 to 2021, he was a member of Montenegro’s EU Accession Negotiation Team and served as negotiator for Chapter 15 – Energy.
