Statute of the CEM
The Statute define the activities and tasks of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro; the composition, number of members of the Chamber bodies and manner of their work; election, recall and duration of the terms of office and authorizations of the Chamber bodies; forms of work and organizing in the Chamber; rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Chamber members; method of decision making in the Chamber; cooperation with authorities and organizations; organisation of professional service; transparency of the Chamber’s work; manner of provision of funding for its work; organization and method of performing professional and administrative activities; the procedure for adoption of the Statutes and other general acts and other issues relevant to the work of the Chamber.
