The Vice Presidents of the Chamber are elected by the Assembly, upon the proposal of the President of the Chamber, from among distinguished businesspeople or experts in the field of economics.<\/p>\n

The Vice Presidents coordinate, direct, and organize the work within the Chamber in accordance with the guidelines set by the President of the Chamber. A Vice President is accountable to the President of the Chamber and the Assembly.<\/p>\n

A Vice President is elected for a term of four years and may be re-elected.<\/p>\n

The Vice Presidents of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro are Pavle D. Radovanovi\u0107, Dragan Kujovi\u0107, and Nikola Vujovi\u0107.<\/p>\n

Pavle D. Radovanovi\u0107<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Pavle D. Radovanovi\u0107 was born in 1975 in Podgorica, where he completed \u201cSlobodan \u0160kerovi\u0107\u201d Gymnasium and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro.<\/p>\n

He has held various positions in the past, including Advisor at the Secretariat for Legislation of the Government of Montenegro, Legal Expert for the European Agency for Reconstruction, and a member of the Government’s team for negotiating the CEFTA 2006 Free Trade Agreement and the Free Trade Agreement with Turkey.<\/p>\n

He served as Head of Working Group 3 for preparing EU accession negotiations in the area of the Right of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services, and was a member of the National Commission for European Integration (until June 2019).<\/p>\n

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Eurochambres.<\/p>\n

He serves on the Supervisory Board of the Forum of the Chambers of Commerce of the Adriatic-Ionian Region and the Steering Committee of the project “Higher Education and Research for Innovation and Competitiveness \u2013 INVO”.<\/p>\n

He is Vice President of the Forum of the Chambers of Commerce of the Adriatic-Ionian Region.<\/p>\n

He is a member of the Presidency of the Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro.<\/p>\n

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Lawyers of Montenegro.<\/p>\n

He is a jury member for the \u201cISKRA\u201d Philanthropy Awards.<\/p>\n

He is Co-Chair of the Joint Consultative Committee between Montenegro and the European Economic and Social Committee.<\/p>\n

From 2008 to 2018, he was an international football referee \u2013 FIFA.<\/p>\n

He has completed training with prestigious domestic and international institutions.<\/p>\n

He has been with the Chamber of Economy since 2005 and served as Secretary General from 2008 to 2020.<\/p>\n

He speaks English.<\/p>\n

Dragan Kujovi\u0107<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dragan Kujovi\u0107 was born on June 7, 1972, in Podgorica, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He enrolled at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Montenegro in 1993 and graduated in February 2000, specializing in Energy.<\/p>\n

He began his career as an intern at the same faculty and later worked as an associate within the Center for Engines and Mobile Machines until July 2004. He is the co-author of several scientific papers in the field of air pollution.<\/p>\n

From July 2004 to August 2006, he served as head of the “Pumping Stations” organizational unit at the Public Utility Company “Water Supply and Sewerage” Podgorica.<\/p>\n

In August 2006, he was appointed Assistant Minister of Economy, and in 2013 he became Acting Director General of the Directorate for Industry and Entrepreneurship. From 2016, he served as State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy.<\/p>\n

In late 2017, he was appointed Executive Director of the Montenegrin Electric Transmission System (CGES) AD. As of October 2021, he worked as an advisor to the Executive Director at the aluminum production and processing company Alind DOO Podgorica.<\/p>\n
